ลักษณะงาน

• Make a sale plan and Perform sales tasks as set by the company.
• Responsible for sales and can close the sales.
• Make a promotion and marketing strategy for promotional
• Find new customers, new sales channels for Increase customer base.
• Make a store data, sales analysis report and summary of sales results each week.
• Management sales team to achieve sales target.
• Customer Care Management to create customer satisfaction.
• Customer service on reservations and contracting and doing juristic acts.
• Can be consulted for a loan from a bank. Coordinate and prepare customer documents for loan application.
• Coordinate with customers and financial institution and agencies. (Inside and Outside) To make contracts and apply for loans to customers.
• Outdoor booth and office building and exhibition center
• Take care of the sale office and sample room

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :

• Female of malewith over 35 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in real estate / business administration / marketing or related fields.
• At least 5 year experience in sales of property.(House or condominium will be considered.)
• Can use Microsoft office program as well. (Word , Excel , Power Point)
• Good English communication skills. (If you can communicate in Chinese will be considered.)
• Skill in customer care to create customer satisfaction.
• Have analytical skills and planning.
• Have a good leadership and ability to manage the team well.
• Have a good personality. Good human relations. Good communication skills.
